Door-To-Door Sales Representatives

We are looking to meet with and hire door to door sales representatives for the upcoming spring season. We are a property cleaning company that services home owners with window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, and any other general cleaning as such.

The ideal candidate will have an Entrepreneurial spirit and have a desire to succeed, overcome obstacles and objections, and make a high commission.

There is room for advancement for bigger sales and commissions for the higher earners if that interests you.

-You will be given a route a week in advance and will be required to go door to door selling our services to home owners and as well leaving a leaflet in the mailbox of people who aren’t home.

COMMISSION:

Average commissions can be seen below and representatives receive a 15% Commission rate.

Standard 2500 sq/ft home for window cleaning: $250

Commission: $37.50

Average priced power washing job: $400

Commission: $60

In our personal experience, we can sell about 1 job per hour, but on holidays or weekends, we have done up to an average of 3 homes per hour, so after doing the math, you can see there is a big potential for the right candidate.
